1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of issue (photos/videos) is provided
Due to the nature of our products (natural/personal care), used or opened items cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items purchased during clearance or special sales (if specified)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at help@yesaara.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Clear images or videos of the product
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked for bank details
5. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong product delivered
Replacements are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
6. Shipping Charges
- No return shipping fee for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable for other cases
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
